By accessing yeschef.studio or purchasing a subscription (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Fees & Payment

• Prices are displayed in GBP unless stated otherwise.
• You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Promotional prices apply only for the stated period.
• We may change fees with 30 days’ notice; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
  

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel at any time in your account settings. Subject to consumer law, refunds are only provided where required or at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content (videos, recipes, text, graphics, logos, trademarks) is owned by Yes Chef Studio or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use. No content may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

7. User Content

When you submit comments, reviews, or other material (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and distribute that content. You are solely responsible for User Content and must have all necessary rights.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or infringe intellectual-property rights.
• Upload harmful code or interfere with security.
• Share login credentials or access for others’ benefit.
• Harvest data from the Site.
• Misrepresent affiliation with Yes Chef Studio.
